REGISTRATION PROBLEMS

After you have purchased a license of eXecutive News Letter, you will receive a registration e-mail from us with the subject "eXecutive News Letter - Registration Key". This e-mail will contain your registration key for your personal use only and also include the instructions on how to install your registration key.

You will be able to re-install all new versions of this product over previous ones.

Registration Key Not Received
Occasionally customers provide an incorrect e-mail address when purchasing eXecutive News Letter. If you have not received from us your personal registration key within 2 days after purchase, please send us an e-mail to registration@executive-newsletter.com with the subject "Registration Key Not Received", specifying your Name, Organization(if applicable), date of purchase and your e-mail address in the e-mail.
Registration Key Lost
If you have lost your registration key and the e-mail we sent you containing your registration key. Please send us an e-mail to registration@executive-newsletter.com with the subject "Registration Key Lost", specifying your Name, Organization(if applicable), date of purchase and the e-mail address you used for the registration in the e-mail.
Change Registration Information
If you want to change your registration information send us an e-mail to registration@executive-newsletter.com with the subject "Change Registration Information", specifying your Name, Organization(if applicable), the e-mail address you used for the registration, your Registration Key and the new registration information in the e-mail.
